Samantabhadra’s King of Aspiration Retreat

Retreat location: Windeck, Germany. The in-person retreat has 10 available places.

Accommodation

Hotel Bergischer Hof, a family-run hotel in the village, approximately a 10-minute walk from the retreat centre. Rooms have different guest capacities and prices; participants are invited to share rooms to share costs and allow more people to join the retreat. The organising team will coordinate accommodation arrangements.

Single room (1 available): 1 person — €65 per night.

Double rooms (3 available, each with a double bed): 1 person — €75 per room per night; 2 persons — €85 per room per night.

Double room with double bed and sofa (1 available): 2 persons — €92 per room per night; 3 persons — €119 per room per night.

Own accommodation

 Participants may also arrange their own lodging in the area, for example through Airbnb or Booking.com. We recommend staying no more than a 15-minute drive away, as the retreat has a full schedule. Further travel, accommodation and arrival information will be provided to confirmed participants.

Retreat fee: €150. Your lodging fee will be additional, depending on the type of accommodation you choose.

If you wish, you are welcome to offer more according to your capacity. This contribution helps cover the costs of hosting the event.

Additionally, participants are encouraged to make a personal cash offering to Rinpoche at the conclusion of the retreat.

Meal fee: €70. We will provide a vegetarian breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks at the teaching location.

Retreat fee: €150 for the retreat. All scheduled sessions will be available online. The Zoom link will be shared with you via a confirmation email after registration. Please save this email or check your spam folder if you haven’t received it!

In addition, participants are encouraged to make a personal offering to Rinpoche (link will be shared in the Zoom chat during the teachings).

We never want financial circumstances to prevent anyone from attending. If you are unable to contribute the standard fee, please write to us at info@aryatara.net, and we will gladly find a solution.

Rinpoche will teach in English.

If you require interpretation into another language, please indicate your preferred language on the registration form. If five or more participants request the same language, we will do our best to arrange live interpretation. However, please note that interpretation cannot be guaranteed.

Up to three volunteers can stay with Rinpoche and Emma at their home. [Volunteer duties, fees, arrival date and application contact to be confirmed before publication.]

You are welcome to join the retreat either in person or online. Please select the appropriate participation option when registering. 

For in-person participants, once your registration is complete, you will receive a form through which we will collect your personal info and wishes for this retreat. Please don’t forget to fill this out! 

For online participants, the Zoom link will be provided in the registration confirmation email.
