Shamatha retreat at Easter

Start spring with a clear and calm mind! On this beautiful Easter weekend, Do Tulku Rinpoche will guide us in the Shamatha meditation technique (tib. Shiné). There will be teachings as well as practice sessions and maybe we will even see the Easter bunny! The course language is English. Only on-site!

Note: March 28th is the 49th anniversary of the death of Siegfried Röck, family member and co-founder of Hof Kuppen. To give him a few prayers and good thoughts for the future, Do Tulku Rinpoche will recite the Samantabhadra prayers ("King of Wishing Prayers") with us at 8 pm. All those who wish to arrive a day earlier are welcome to join us.

Times: Start on Friday, March 29 at 10 am, end on Sunday, March 31 at 7 pm. It is possible to stay until lunch on Monday, 01.04.

Fees: a donation of at least 120 euros (this does not include accommodation and meals, please contact us if you have financial difficulties - we will always find a solution).
