@Norman, it would bring the best result if we apply one antidote at a time since we usually can only suffer from one affliction at a time. Or applying the antidote of the affliction that is strongest right now. The antidote to antidote is knowing when to stop. Of course that we can only learn through practice. And tiring oneself is also an antidote to antidote. Good luck!

Thank you, Rinpoche! :-) I agree with Juliane, do the videos stay online? would be really nice!

One question came to my mind and that also happens sometimes to me:

In general, we have to apply the antidotes all the time (at least in my case, because im full of kleshas) and sometimes my mind tries to apply many antidotes (this antidote and that antidote and this antidote etc pp.) and then i get into a state of confusion, far away from clarity. Is there an antidote for antidotes? :-D I think, also in this case tolerance and patience is the best... but sometimes its overwhelming...
