French translation of stanza 64 seems nearer to tibetan than the English one. It comes from the Sanskrit text. It says : The aim of every action is happiness : it can bring it or not. But the one for whom happiness consists in action itself, how could he be happy without acting?
That sounds very close to the Tibetan text ! Thank you Denis
